Established in 2005, we joined the property’ boom’ at the start of its decline. At first as a national franchise, then as sole proprietors specializing in the Vaal. Through innovation and perseverance we survived mainly as a result of shareholders having in excess of 30-years business experience and as a result of our intimate knowledge of the area and its people. We made adjustments to the changes and developments around us and now specialize in managing of investors interests

We feel we are a small dynamic company dealing in all aspects of real estate in the Vaal triangle such as;-

• The normal buy & sell process
• Rental; - specializing in the management of investors properties.
• By way of road shows we have been able to better establish client and market needs
• We market and sell new developments both direct and indirectly, with companies such as
  -Eagles Nest -Estate;hlc Projects ; R.B.A. and others.
• Even renting out of holidays apartments forms part of our product portfolio.

With rentals, full management reports are submitted to clients containing cost breakdowns of all costs from rent-income thro’ to expenses such as W &L and maintenance reports, plus splits were appropriate.
These are however adjusted to suit individual clients needs. Our systems is computerised and we make use of the “PAYPROP” debit order system whenever possible

The normal and standard estate agency rental fee structure is 10%. We transfer the benefits of discounted tariffs to clients providing us with exclusive rights.

We are aware of the high cost of maintenance however we have found that costs are considerably lower in the Vaal. We also do not work with only one contractor; we obtain written quotes with warrantees as standard practice.
